These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 13bdt ("the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the 13bdt website at 13bdt.ws, including all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, live dealer tables, payment services, promotions, and support features available on the platform.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform, its content, or its underlying code without the express written permission of 13bdt. Unauthorized use of 13bdt's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 13bdt, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. 13bdt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 13bdt will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of temporary downtime, maintenance windows, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers including payment networks and game studios.

13bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 13bdt has reasonable grounds to believe the player is engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
• A regulatory body, law enforcement authority, or financial institution has instructed 13bdt to suspend or close the account.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
